Swidden: Gathering

Guess I'll be more open about my scribbly things since I evidently cannot properly finish things anymore!

This is a gathering of...angels, or at least, beings put in charge of five 'worlds'. I'm unsure if 'worlds' means entire planets or simply island-continents, but each of these guys has quite a different philosophy on how People should be created and ruled. Prime example here is Swidden, the title character who didn't create a people as such, but a plethora of diverse plant species. The others are...not impressed.

I started playing with this idea last November after my roomie ~Klang17 and I threw some ideas back and forth over a long walk, and last month I participated in a livejournal-based daily-drawing art challenge called Artslam. Hope to expand further on this concept in the future! Things are still a bit foggy, but the 'slam as helped so much with loosening up.
